Handicapped parking is located between Lawrence and Lathrop Hall for Chapel events and “the circle” for Commencement. (The circle is located to the right off Oak Drive.) Indoor Viewing Facilities (in case of inclement weather)

Guests are invited to view the Commencement ceremony in several locations around campus. These rooms will be open at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 20.

  • Olin Hall-Golden Auditorium (wheelchair accessible)
  • Lathrop Hall-Room 209 O’Connor Campus Center-TV Viewing Room (wheelchair accessible)
  • Starr Rink
  • Love Auditorium

Wheelchair Availability

A list of wheelchair rental companies is available. Pick up and drop off of wheelchairs should be arranged directly with the rental company.

ASL Interpreter

There will be signers at the Baccalaureate Ceremony and Commencement Ceremony on Sunday, May 20, 2007. If you or a guest will need an ASL interpreter, please contact the dean’s office by May 1 at 315-228-7426 to reserve a seat in the designated area.

Accessible Restrooms

Accessible restrooms are located at the outdoor Commencement site and at Memorial Chapel. Additional facilities can be found at James C. Colgate Student Union, Reid Athletic Center, Olin Hall, and Little Hall. Please view the campus map for more details.
